PRIVACY POLICY

We do not share, sell or otherwise distribute customer information of any kind. In the process of receiving your order we accept information about you.  When you place an order with us your billing and shipping information will be stored on our secure server for future purchases. We add your email address to our mailing list to notify you of any special offers. If you wish to be removed from our mailing list, please let us know by email.

A child’s information is never solicited nor kept in any format. Please understand it is impossible to keep children from adding an email address to our mailing list, we will delete it upon request or after finding out it belongs to a minor.  If you wish for your child to be notified of any special offers, please sign-up with your email address and forward it to them.

PAY BY CHECK or MONEY ORDER

If you wish to pay by check or money order, please print and fill out the Order Form and mail it to us with your payment. Make payments payable to: Dovedale Remedy Mail to: 137 Cross Center Road, #107, Denver, NC 28037. Please note all orders received via mail will not be shipped until your funds clear. We will notify you by email when your order ships.

CANCELLATION

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of making it by sending an email to orders@dovedaleremedy.com and put cancellation in the subject, include your name, phone number, items ordered and the order number in the email body. Orders can only be cancelled if they have not been shipped.

REPLACEMENT

If products arrive damaged or defective, Contact us immediately. New products will be sent upon receipt and inspection of damaged/defective goods. Items must be returned in original packaging and ALL original tags intact.

30 DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE
If you are not completely happy with your purchase – you can exchange it for another item within 30 days of receipt of item or return it for a refund on your credit card. Your item must be in original condition and have all tags in place. You must email us at orders@dovedaleremedy.com within 15 days of receipt of item and request a return authorization number. Original receipt must accompany the item.

WARRANTY
Products warranted to arrive in undamaged condition. Damaged or defective goods will be replaced or a refund given on your credit card (your choice). You have 30 days from receipt of item to return it to: Dovedale Remedy, 137 Cross Center Road, #107, Denver, NC 28037 and include a copy of your receipt.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING

We ship USPS Priority Mail whenever possible.
We ship to PO Boxes or Military addresses (APO/FPO) through USPS Priority Mail only..
We ship to Canada, most International destinations and the US.

Please allow 8 to 14 business days for shipping
It can take 5-7 days of production time prior to shipping

Shipping and handling charges are viewable just prior to entering in credit card info.

We also offer UPS: Ground and 3 Day Select: USPS:  Express Mail, Priority Mail, Economy Surface Parcel Post and Airmail Parcel.  On small size international or Canada orders we ship USPS Global Priority if the order fits in the Global Priority Box.
